At McClimon Chiropractic in Reading, PA, one of the simple at home tools I often recommend for neck health is cervical traction using a small cervical roll. 🧠
You can place the roll behind your neck while lying flat, ideally on the floor or a firm surface, so your neck is gently supported over it.
This position helps encourage the muscles and ligaments in the neck to stretch and adapt, supporting better alignment over time.
Start with about 2 minutes per day and gradually work up to around 10 minutes daily as tolerated. Consistency is key, just like building any healthy habit such as brushing your teeth. 💪
When used regularly, this type of routine can help support better neck mobility, reduce tension, and complement chiropractic care aimed at improving spinal alignment and overall function. 🙌
