The Hawkins Group is now operating in Missouri.

Over the past several days, our team has been at the Annual Missouri Workers’ Compensation Conference meeting with law firms, government officials, and others involved in the workers’ compensation system.

Those conversations reinforced exactly why we came to Missouri.

There is a significant need across the state for greater access to psychiatric forensic consultation and workplace mental health expertise, particularly when cases involve psychiatric injury, causation, treatment necessity, fitness for duty, return to work, and independent psychiatric evaluations.

We intend to help fill that void.

Our expansion into Missouri brings The Hawkins Group’s Workplace Mental Health Solutions directly into this market, providing attorneys, employers, insurers, case managers, and government entities with access to experienced psychiatric consultation when complex mental health questions intersect with the workplace.

Missouri is not simply another state on our map. It is a market where we believe we can make a meaningful impact.

And it is part of a larger vision: building The Hawkins Group into the premier psychiatric forensic and workplace solutions firm across Missouri, the Southeast, and beyond.

Building a behavioral health platform means making intentional investments in areas where access matters most.

One of those areas is pediatric behavioral health.

Across the country, demand for child and adolescent psychiatric services continues to outpace the number of physicians available to provide care. That's not a problem any one practice can solve.

Today, our physicians, leadership team, and administrative staff came together for our Hawkins Group Leadership Retreat to reflect on where we are—and more importantly, where we are going.

What stood out most wasn’t just our growth in locations, providers, or services. It was the people in the room.

Great organizations are never built by one person. They are built by mission-driven people aligned around a common purpose.

At Hawkins Group, we are building something much bigger than a traditional psychiatric practice.

We are building a behavioral health organization designed to expand access, drive innovation, and meet the growing mental health needs of the communities we serve.

Through our specialized divisions—including child and adolescent behavioral health, maternal mental health, TMS, addiction services, sports psychiatry, therapy, ADHD services, and telehealth—we are working toward one goal:
