Confession:
I can make healthy food disappear at an Olympic level. 😅
For the longest time, I thought bloating meant I was eating the wrong foods.
Turns out, sometimes I was simply eating past the point of satisfaction.
No calorie counting.
No food guilt.
Just paying closer attention to my body’s signals.
Question:
