Hiring Occupational Therapists (OT) – 13-Week 1099 Contract
$45–$50/hr | Paid Approved Travel Time

What you'll do
• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services across assigned settings
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families, school personnel, facility staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support functional independence and participation in daily activities
• Maintain compliance with professional, company, facility, and payer requirements
What you'll bring
• Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Alabama Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work across multiple clinical and educational settings
• Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
