Madison is the Head Nurse at The Pregnancy Bar Birmingham, bringing a unique combination of clinical expertise, quick wit, and the kind of calming energy that instantly puts moms at ease.

Before joining The Pregnancy Bar, Madison worked as a Labor & Delivery nurse at a high-risk hospital in Detroit, caring for mothers through some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their pregnancy and birth journeys.

At The Pregnancy Bar, Madison provides IV therapy, ultrasound experiences, and hands-on support in our boutique setting, creating an environment where moms can slow down, feel cared for, and truly enjoy their pregnancy experience.

Sara comes to The Pregnancy Bar with 2 years of postpartum nursing experience, plus a background in the ER, giving her the unique ability to bring both compassion and confidence to every mom and family she cares for.

Her passion for maternal-child health has always been at the center of her career, and she truly believes moms deserve to feel informed, supported, and cared for through every stage of their journey. 🤍

For the last year, I’ve been quietly working on something incredibly special. 🤍

Since opening The Pregnancy Bar, I’ve noticed the same gap over and over again: women are expected to navigate pregnancy with so many questions, yet they’re often given very little education—or left searching online for answers from sources they don’t know they can trust.

So, I created the guides I wish every woman received the moment she found out she was pregnant.

The First Trimester Guide is a 24-page, midwife-authored handbook covering the questions you’re actually asking: symptoms, ultrasounds, testing, food, medications, appointments, warning signs, and so much more.
