My experience at Shear Point Hair Restoration Center has been truly wonderful, and I’m so grateful I found them. Dealing with hair thinning can be a very emotional and difficult experience, and I went into my first appointment hoping to find something that would help me feel like myself again. My initial consultation was with Scott McCarty, President, and I immediately felt that I was in very capable hands. Scott was professional, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what I wanted. He took the time to help me find the perfect topper, and I never felt rushed or pressured. His expertise gave me confidence that I was making the right choice.

When my topper arrived, I had the pleasure of working with Trudy Bushway, Image Stylist. Trudy did an amazing job cutting, coloring, and styling my topper. The finished result was absolutely beautiful and, most importantly, exactly what I had hoped for. She understood what I wanted and brought it to life beautifully.

Walking out with my finished topper was such a special feeling. It gave me back a confidence that I had been missing, and I finally felt more like myself again. That meant so much to me.

Every person I encountered at Shear Point was professional, kind, and welcoming. The facility is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the entire experience felt very personal and caring.
