💙 There's no deadline on deciding to divorce.

For some people, the decision comes quickly. For others, it takes months or even years of reflection, doubt, courage-building, and soul-searching. Both are completely valid.

If you're not ready to have that conversation yet, that's okay. If you need more time to be sure, take it. If you're waiting until you feel stronger, wait. Your timeline belongs to you.
What matters most is that when you do move forward you do it with clarity and confidence, not pressure.

So often, people think our job is to cheer someone up or point out the silver lining.

That’s what I call positive toxicity.

What we really need is presence.
