What an amazing day!

The West Side Community Wellness Expo Health Fair was a perfect example of what it looks like when we pour into each other.

We are so grateful to everyone who joined us to prioritize health.

Choosing the right frame isn't just about picking a color you like.

Here is our official optical cheat sheet to finding your perfect match:

⚫️ ROUND FACE SHAPE - You want to create contrast by introducing sharp lines.
Best Frames: Bold square, rectangular, and geometric shapes.

◼️SQUARE FACE SHAPE - You want to draw attention upward and elongate the face.

While rain feels refreshing, getting rainwater directly in your eyes while wearing contact lenses is a major eye health risk.

Rainwater isn't sterile. It carries environmental bacteria and parasites. Your contact lens acts like a sponge, trapping these microbes against your eye, which can lead to painful, sight-threatening infections.

Rainy Day Rules:

1️⃣Wear a wide-brimmed hat or use an umbrella.
2️⃣If your lenses get soaked with rainwater, take them out and dispose of them (or disinfect them thoroughly if they are monthly lenses).
3️⃣ Never shower or swim in your lenses!
