The Arc of Central Alabama

The Arc of Central Alabama has been providing services to over 800 children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities since 1953.

Empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to reach their fullest potential through quality programs, advocacy, education, and community support. Our goal is to ensure that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) live their most independent lives possible. All donations to The Arc go directly to the five programs we offer: Employment Pl

acement, Community Day Services, Early Intervention, Residential Services, and advocating for the IDD community at the state and national level.
