Meet Mary Shields – Assisted Living Director at Longleaf Liberty Park.

Mary brings 21 years of nursing experience to Longleaf, including 10 years in assisted living and experience in long-term care, hospice, home health, and hospital settings. Her passion has always been helping seniors live with dignity, compassion and the opportunity to live life to the fullest.

As a licensed Assisted Living Administrator and experienced clinical leader, Mary believes in servant leadership, teamwork and putting people first.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband, Brad, and their 4-year-old daughter, Everly. Their family also includes four German Shepherds – Allie, Jack, Willow and Brownie – who keep life busy and full of love!
