Help keep your little ones safe while they enjoy the sunshine this summer!

🌞 Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) 15 minutes before going outside and reapply every 2 hours, especially after swimming.
🧢 Wear protective clothing, wide-brim hats, and UV-blocking sunglasses whenever possible.
⛱️ Seek shade during peak sun hours (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) when UV rays are strongest.
💧 Stay hydrated and take frequent water breaks during outdoor play.
👶 Babies under 6 months should be kept out of direct sunlight whenever possible.
