Hard to believe it has been two years of serving the BEST patients in town! 🤍

Sometimes babies show us signs that their nervous system is under stress

This can look like:
• Colicky behavior or excessive fussiness
• Poor feeding mechanics or difficulty latching
• Irregular sleep patterns
• Favoring one side or always turning their head one direction
• Excessive gas or digestive discomfort

A baby’s nervous system controls how they eat, sleep, digest, grow, and regulate. Stress during pregnancy, birth, or early development can sometimes create tension within the body that impacts these functions.

Our role is to gently assess the nervous system, evaluate areas of tension, and support your baby’s ability to function and thrive naturally ✨

The first newborn adjustment is all about getting to know your baby’s story 🤍

At their first visit, we take time to go through:
• A detailed pregnancy + birth history
• How things have been going at home — feeding, sleep, comfort, fussiness, and more
• Neurological scans to assess how their nervous system is functioning
• An oral examination to check for tension that could affect feeding/digestion
• A full body examination to look at movement, tension, and overall function

From there, we perform a very gentle adjustment tailored specifically to your baby’s needs. Newborn adjustments use light pressure — about the amount you’d use to check the ripeness of a tomato 🍅

Our goal is to support your baby’s nervous system from the very beginning so they can grow, heal, and thrive the way they were designed to ✨

To the moms—the ones who give endlessly, love deeply, and somehow hold it all together even on the hardest days… this day is for you 🤍

Motherhood is made up of a million unseen moments—early mornings, late nights, constant sacrifices, and a love that never runs out. You are the steady presence, the safe place, the heartbeat of your family. Everything you do matters more than you know.

Getting to care for moms in every stage of life is something I don’t take lightly. From the waiting, to the growing, to the raising—and all the in-between moments—there is something so powerful about walking alongside you through it all.

Taking care of moms is the fuel behind why I do what I do. Watching you feel better, grow stronger, and truly thrive for yourselves and your families is the most rewarding part of this journey.

You deserve to be poured into, supported, and cared for today and every day.

We had an incredible night supporting raisingeverlastinghope and all those who struggle with infertility last night! What an amazing event in the new Eclipse Venue in Bismarck!

It was heartwarming to feel the hope in the room and hear stories of those who have struggled with infertility. We have so many practice members who know this road all too well and we are so happy we could give back to the organizations that provide so much support and fight for our community🤍

…and if you haven’t seen Deuces Wild Dueling Pianos, it’s worth every penny!

🌸There are over 2 𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 mothers worldwide
🌼There is a baby born approximately every 4.3 seconds
🪻 When a mother kisses her baby, she detects pathogens that allows her body to produce antibodies her baby may need to pass through the breastmilk
🌸 "Pregnancy Brain" is a real thing! The brain shrinks during pregnancy and grows back to its normal size within 6 months postpartum
