Meet Andrea!

One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is helping people make sense of patterns they've been stuck in for years. Many of my clients are seeking therapy to process trauma, emotional overwhelm, relationship struggles, or finally understand themselves through a neurodivergent lens. Therapy isn't about "fixing" you. It's about understanding what's happening, building practical skills, and helping you move toward the life you actually want.

I am an art therapist and specialize in trauma, EMDR, and late-diagnosed ADHD and autism. I love helping clients work through complex emotions and past experiences in creative, meaningful ways. I work with adults and kids ages 10+ and also offer faith-based counseling for clients who want to incorporate their faith into the therapy process.

I'm also currently accepting new members for my Art & Action DBT group for ages 10-15. We meet Wednesdays from 4:00-5:30 and combine practical DBT skills with creative, hands-on activities. No artistic ability is needed. The focus is on learning skills that help with emotional regulation, communication, relationships, and confidence.

Seth is passionate about helping people on their journey to reaching emotional wellness. Seth’s approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy, enriched by a strength-based, person-centered philosophy, fostering an empowering and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Seth has participated in additional training in EMDR (eye-movement desensitization reprocessing) and Play Therapy. Seth is experienced in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD. Additionally, Seth is passionate about and has sought additional training for clients who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Seth is currently accepting BCBS, Medicaid, Optum, Tricare, United Healthcare, AETNA, Sanford health insurance, and self-pay.
