Help us celebrate the incredible teachers in our community!

Now through August 14, patients can nominate a local teacher when they come in for their appointment for a chance to win classroom supplies from their Amazon or classroom wish list.

Here's how it works:
- Visit us for your appointment.
- Fill out a nomination form in the office. *Nominations must be submitted in person*
- One deserving teacher will be randomly selected after nominations close on August 14, and we'll purchase items from their classroom wish list to help them start the school year strong!

Let's show our appreciation for the educators who make a difference every day. We can't wait to see your nominations!
