Today was one of those days that reminds us just how important family is. ❤️

We had the sweetest time celebrating Grandparents Day with some very special people in our kiddos’ lives. There is something so special about the bond between a child and their grandparents. The hugs, the smiles, the excitement when they walked through the door… those are the moments that mean everything.

We are so thankful for the grandparents and grandparent figures who show up, love big, make memories, and help shape these little lives in ways they may not even realize.

Thank you to everyone who came and celebrated with us today. We hope you know just how loved and appreciated you are. Our kiddos are so lucky to have you. ❤️

There is nothing better than hearing directly from the families who trust us with their little ones every day. ❤️

When parents talk about feeling at peace, loving the environment, appreciating our communication, and knowing their child is safe, loved, and truly cared for, that means everything to us.

We work hard to create more than just a daycare. We want to be a place where families feel supported, children feel known, and every child has the chance to learn, grow, and thrive. From healthy meals, attentive teachers, and flexible care options to fun activities and meaningful experiences, we want our families to feel the difference.

I’m honestly so excited about the response we’ve gotten already!

Within just ONE DAY of announcing our new second shift childcare, 3 of our 8 spots are already taken!

That means we officially have only 5 spots left.

Starting October 5, we will be offering care Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM for families who need later childcare hours.

We know how hard it can be to find childcare that actually works with second shift schedules, so we’re really excited to be able to offer this option to our community.

If you’ve been thinking about it, now is the time to reach out before the remaining spots are filled!

We are so excited to host a Trunk or Treat at our Appleton location! 🎃🍬

Join us October 30th at 6:00 PM for a fun night of costumes, candy, decorated trunks, and time together as a community!

We are also looking for families, friends, and community members who would like to decorate a trunk and pass out treats. You can sign up right on the flyer or message us and we can add you!

We would love to fill the parking lot with trunks and make this such a fun night for the kids. ❤️

We are so excited to finally share this!

Starting October 5, Community Builders Appleton Childcare will be offering SECOND SHIFT CHILDCARE from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. This will be a pilot program to see the demand and how feasible this option is.

We know not every family works a traditional 9 to 5 schedule, and finding reliable childcare later in the evening can be extremely difficult. We wanted to create another option for families in our community who need care that actually works with their schedule.

Families can choose a consistent 2, 3, 4, or 5 day schedule. Families will provide dinner, and drop in care may also be available when space and staffing allow.

We are starting with only 8 spots available, so if this is something your family has been needing, please reach out sooner rather than later!

Please message us for rates, availability, or to reserve a spot. We are so excited to be able to offer this to more families in our community!

2026 babies, where you at? 👶

We have 3 full-time infant spots opening at our Black Creek location and we are doing something a little different to help get these spots filled!

For these 3 families, we are offering a locked-in rate of $315 a week for 5 days of care.

And when I say locked in, I mean locked in. Your rate will stay $315 a week until your child ages out as long as they stay enrolled with us.

No yearly increases. No tricks. Just one flat rate that you can actually plan around.

We also wanted to show a little bit of what our babies get to do while they are with us. Stroller rides, sensory activities, art, friendships, field trips, organic meals, milestones, bubble parties, and lots of memories in between.

This offer is for 2026 infants only and there are only 3 spots available.

Our 3/4K kiddos had such a great first day! ❤️

They got to learn colors/shapes through magnet tiles, work on fine motor skills through sensory play, learn about money in our little market dramatic play area, and even practice how to hold a pencil through their journals!

This first week is really all about getting to know each individual child, seeing where they are at, and learning how we can best help them grow from there. We don’t believe every child learns the exact same way, so a big part of our program is meeting them where they are and building from it.

We are so excited to see where this year takes them and all the adventures ahead! 🥰

Captain Quesadilla came to visit us today and read to our kiddos! 🌮📚

The kids had so much fun listening to the story, laughing, and spending time with our special guest. We love getting to bring fun experiences like this into our centers and create memories outside of our normal day-to-day activities!
