We have to do better!

America spends more on health care than any other nation on earth, yet our outcomes continue to lag behind. We pour billions into a system that too often waits for people to become sick instead of helping them stay well.

Health care shouldn’t be measured by the number of prescriptions written, referrals made, or insurance claims processed. It should be measured by healthier families, stronger communities, and meaningful relationships between patients and their doctors.

That’s why I believe in Direct Primary Care.

DPC removes many of the barriers that stand between physicians and patients—more time, easier access, transparent pricing, and a focus on prevention rather than reaction. It gives us the space to ask better questions, address the root causes of disease, and partner with people for the long haul.

We can build a system that prioritizes health instead of volume.

We can create medicine that is personal again.

We have to do better—and I believe it starts with primary care.

One of the things I love most about Direct Primary Care is the margin it creates—not just for better patient care, but for serving our community.

Today, I had the privilege of spending the day with some great friends providing free school sports physicals at Owen Middle School. Together, we completed nearly 50 physicals and helped students get ready for the school year.

A huge thank you to SVCM and NeighborCare Nurses for partnering to make it happen. Grateful to be part of a community that shows up for its kids.
