Meet our Dietitian! 🍎

Grace Regan is a Registered Dietitian with Schiffert Health Center at Virginia Tech. She earned both her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and her master’s degree in Nutrition Science from East Carolina University. Grace enjoys working with college students and is passionate about helping them build a positive relationship with food while developing practical nutrition habits that fit their busy lifestyles. Her professional interests include sports nutrition, weight management, gastrointestinal health, and eating disorders. Outside of work, you can find Grace training for road races, trying new recipes in the kitchen, or spending time on the ice figure skating.

1) Orientation and Weeks of Welcome are hosted by Virginia Tech New Student and Family Programs! Download the Hokies on Track mobile app for schedules and guides.

2) Submit your immunization forms by June 30 through the Schiffert Health Center Healthy Hokies portal!

3) Be sure to check your vt.edu email to choose a room selection slot time in June on the StarRez Portal! For more information, visit https://housing.vt.edu/experience.html

4) Mark your calendars for Gobblerfest, hosted by Student Engagement and Campus Life at Virginia Tech, on August 28, 2026 from 4-7 p.m., to learn about student clubs and organizations!
