Welcoming Brittany Folcik, LMT!
We are so excited to announce that Brittany Folcik, LMT, has joined our practice!
Many local folks will recognize Brittany from her popular classes at In Balance Yoga in Blacksburg. She graduated from The Daniels Institute of Massage in Roanoke, VA in 2025, and draws upon her years of experience in energy work, meditation, and yoga in her sessions with clients. As receivers, both Katie and I are huge fans of her bodywork skills, and we think you will be too!

"My work is rooted in the understanding that the body holds more than physical tension—it carries energy shaped by thoughts, emotions, and experience, which can show up as physical discomfort or restriction. As a massage therapist with in-depth training in meditation and energy work, I offer sessions designed to guide you into deep relaxation, where meaningful change can occur.
Working slowly, patiently, and with precision, I listen to the subtle language of your body and support the release of held tensions within the tissues. By integrating therapeutic massage with energy work, I offer sessions that invite profound relaxation and internal shift.
When the body feels safe enough to let go, it remembers how to heal. My intention is to help you get there."
