Did you know...many concussions occur through a whiplash-type mechanism, meaning the cervical spine can be exposed to significant forces at the same time as the head.

One randomized controlled trial involving youth and young adults with persistent concussion symptoms found that 73% of those receiving cervical + vestibular rehabilitation were medically cleared within 8 weeks, compared with only 7% in the control group.
