We hope to see you on the mat before summer is over! :) All of our classes are suitable for beginners or seasoned practitioners but we do have several gentler classes on our schedule if you're looking to start a bit slower. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions about our class styles :) All levels, ages, genders and mobility challenges are welcomed 🥰
