Infrared is more than simply “heat.” It is a portion of the electromagnetic spectrum made up of different wavelengths—and different wavelengths interact with the body in different ways.

What’s Actually Left in Your Vein During an IV?
One question we hear often is, “Does the needle stay in my arm during my entire infusion?" No! 🤍

When we start an IV, a small needle is used to access the vein. Once the vein is accessed, the needle is removed. What remains in the vein is a small, soft, flexible catheter that allows your infusion to be administered comfortably.
