Founded in memory of David Allen Elliott, 82nd Airborne Desert Storm Paratrooper, The DAE Compound is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Northeast Georgia through outreach and community support, with a special focus on combat veterans.

When The DAE Compound was founded in 2017, it began with a simple mission: help people and never quit on combat veterans.

Today, we are proud to be a Georgia Continuum of Care member, an HMIS participating agency, and a partner in the State of Georgia Department of Community Affairs Balance of State Coordinated Entry system.

These partnerships allow us to better serve Northeast Georgia through outreach, assessments, referrals, housing support, and community engagement.

The mission has grown. The commitment has not.
