This week, I gave myself something I don’t always allow enough of—time to become still.

Time to listen.

Time to let the next sequence of Echoes Within™ begin to surface in its own way.

The more I sit with this work, the more I understand that it cannot be rushed or created entirely from the mind. It is a living experience—one that continues to unfold as I listen more deeply to my body, my voice, and the wisdom already within me.

I am discovering that Echoes Within™ is not only something I am creating for others. It is asking me to become its first participant.

I love where this journey is taking me, and today I am quietly sharing its symbol for the first time.

Time to Recharge 🌿

The past few months have been full of beautiful experiences, deep conversations, and holding space for others. Right now, it’s time for me to do what I so often encourage others to do… pause, breathe, and listen.

I’m taking a few days to rest, read, and reconnect with myself before the next season of offerings.

One passage from my current book, The Wisdom of the Council, really stood out to me:

“What is asked of you is to stay conscious and to create an entire field of peace within and around your being.”

That feels like such a gentle reminder.

We can’t always control what is happening around us, but we can continue returning to ourselves—our breath, our presence, and the quiet place within that remains steady.

Taking care of ourselves isn’t stepping away from the work. It’s part of the work.

SO much gratitude for this beautiful community we live in. ✨💗

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Echoes of the Heart and chose to spend your afternoon with us. The openness and presence you brought created such a beautiful and supportive space for the entire experience.

Whitney and I feel deeply honored that you allowed us to guide you in such an honest and authentic way. Holding space for this experience was truly a gift, and witnessing each of you show up for yourselves was incredibly moving.

Each breath, each movement, each sound, each quiet moment of reflection became part of something much greater than ourselves. You reminded us that healing doesn’t come from perfection—it comes from the courage to be present, to listen, and to meet ourselves exactly where we are.

Thank you for your trust, your openness, and your beautiful energy. We hope you carry the echoes of this afternoon gently in your heart and continue to listen to the wisdom that already lives within you.

The most beautiful part of creating something new is allowing it to change you first.✨🫶

Every morning I’ve been moving through the sequence that has been emerging within me. Not to perfect it, but to experience it… to listen, to feel, and to let my own body show me what wants to unfold.

There have been moments that have given me chills.

Before I ever invite someone else into this experience, I’m allowing myself to become its first participant.

There is something incredibly humbling and beautiful about letting the rhythm become your own medicine before sharing it with the world.

I have a feeling this is only the beginning. 🤍🙌

We’ll begin with Family Constellations from 2:00–4:00 PM, followed by Sonic Soundscape with Tom and me from 4:30–5:30 PM.

🌱 Some seeds ask to be tended before they’re shared.

For the past several months, I’ve been quietly weaving together something that has been living in my heart for a long time.

The framework is now taking shape. The foundation has been laid. And now comes my favorite part… the gentle refinement, where each detail is given the space to emerge in its own time.

I don’t know exactly what it will become yet—and that’s part of the beauty.

Perhaps it will blossom into a weekend retreat.
Perhaps a four-week journey.
Perhaps something I haven’t even imagined yet.

What I do know is that it is being created with deep intention, one thoughtful step at a time.

I’m so grateful to share this unfolding with you.
