God is neither a human being nor an entity with a specific form, but the infinite Source from which everything emerges and to which everything eventually returns. Imagine an ocean where every drop is an individual soul, yet each drop remains part of the whole. This ocean has no beginning and no end, it has always existed and always will. That is why asking who created God doesn’t really apply, because God is the original Source of everything that exists. This is the consciousness that existed before time and space, from which all worlds, the laws of nature, and infinite possibilities for experience came into being.
For many people, this concept is difficult to grasp because our minds naturally think in linear terms, we assume everything has a beginning, an ending, and a creator. But the Source exists beyond those limitations. Souls that have described experiences of returning to the Source often speak of indescribable love, limitless light, and an overwhelming sense of unity where all separation between “me” and “you” disappears. In that state, there is no feeling of isolation, only a vast wholeness in which everything is connected and every being is loved unconditionally. It feels like coming home, to a place where fear and lack simply do not exist.
From this infinite fullness emerge sparks of consciousness, souls that choose to journey through different worlds and realities. They are like rays of light shining from a great sun. Their purpose is to experience, learn, and gather wisdom, which eventually returns to the Source and enriches the whole. In this way, God comes to know Himself through the infinite diversity of experiences lived by every soul. Each soul is a unique expression of the Divine, and every journey, even one filled with pain, has profound meaning because it contributes something valuable to the greater whole.
Throughout history and across countless civilizations, the image of God has taken many different forms. On Earth, people have imagined God as a father, a mother, a warrior, or a guardian of nature. Other civilizations have described God as a living network of pulsating energy, an immense field of consciousness, or the very rhythm of the cosmos. Some perceive the Divine within the stars, others in the movement of galaxies, and still others in the life force that flows through everything. Every civilization describes only the aspect it is capable of understanding and expressing through its own culture and language. That is why there are so many different images of God, yet they all ultimately point toward the same Source.
This perspective also teaches that God does not simply create, God experiences existence through every one of His creations. Life itself is an endless cycle of expansion, exploration, and return. Universes are born, evolve, and eventually dissolve, yet the eternal Source remains unchanged. Just as a wave rises and falls upon the surface of the ocean while the ocean itself remains, the birth and death of universes do not alter the essence of God.
This understanding reminds us that we have never truly been separated from the Divine. Every thought, every emotion, and every action is an expression of that universal energy. What many people experience as distance from God is simply an illusion created by the mind. The Source exists within every moment, every atom, and every form of life. There is no need to search for God somewhere far away, because the Divine lives within us, between us, and all around us. Every experience, even the most difficult one, is part of a greater unfolding through which God discovers Himself through countless forms of existence.
In this view, God is the Absolute, the eternal foundation of all existence that requires no creator because He is the Source from which everything arises. He is both the beginning and the end, the cause and the destination. We, as souls living a human experience, are expressions of that same Divine Source, each on a unique journey that enriches the whole. In that sense, we are both children of God and God expressing Himself through us, the infinite Source experiencing and discovering itself through the endless adventure of creation.🩵

HEALING TRIGGERS
Sometimes the hardest conversations aren't about what's being said—they're about what's still hurting.

When we carry unhealed wounds, we often don't hear words clearly. We hear them through the lens of past pain. Calm can feel like criticism. Honest feedback can feel like rejection. Silence can feel like abandonment.

Our reactions aren't always about the present moment—they can be echoes of experiences we've never fully healed.

Healing isn't about becoming perfect. It's about becoming aware. It's about creating space between a trigger and a response, so we can choose understanding over fear, compassion over defensiveness, and connection over conflict.

The more we heal, the more clearly we can hear others—and ourselves.

✨ Healing isn't a luxury. It's a gift we give to every relationship in our lives.

💚 What has your healing journey taught you about the way you communicate?

Seeing Anew

“What is it I’m not seeing?” This is a question you would be well served to ask not just in an off-handed way, but deliberately directed to higher consciousness. The very definition of human consciousness is “restricted awareness.” You at the soul level are consciousness experiencing itself in a more spacious manner. Be willing to expand. Sit quietly and be open. The narrow, close-minded view created by filtering LIFE through a human nervous system cuts you off from possibilities. Be open to the wisdom that can enter awareness when you widen the lens, but first you must ask. Next you listen, and finally you use your human gift of choice to decide whether to act in a new way.
