Acute care illnesses or injuries are the focus of care provided at the Hillcrest Clinic & Imaging. We treat upper respiratory infections, sinusitis, ear infections, sore throat, cough, influenza, urinary tract infections, rashes, as well as acute muscle injury, lacerations, bee stings, etc. ln the event of a possible fracture or internal injury/illness, we now offer high-quality, affordable on-sit

e Radiology services, to include: X-ray, Ultrasound, CT Scans, and MRIs. We are proud to offer these services to our community and surrounding areas! Is my insurance accepted? Our clinic has negotiated insurance contracts in place with most major insurance plans. Common Insurance carriers we participate with include:
• Aetna
• Alliant
• Benefit Support
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Cigna
• Coventry Health
• Humana
• Medicare (Part B)
• Wellcare
• Georgia Medicaid

We do NOT accept any HMO plans. While we make great efforts to ensure this list is up-to-date, we make it patient responsibility to ensure your plans’ participation with our facility and providers. If your plan is out-of-network or you do not have insurance coverage, we will happily render treatment at an affordable self-pay rate. Payment is due at time of service.

This notice applies to our walk-in clinic, imaging department, & Dr Schoeffler and Dr Sanders’ offices.
