Had another great day back in the office today after going to Florida. Saw 6 new patients and 101 established patients for a total of 107 patients total. Thank you to everyone that came in. We didn’t have any long waits today because everyone was spread out perfectly within the 6 hours. Appreciate everyone and hope all feel better. Ages varied from young toddlers to a very feisty 94 year old lady that offered me a free room in her house in Jacksonville for free adjustments.

Today was an amazing day in the office. I saw 5 new patients and 92 established patients, 97 total patients in 2 hours. Unfortunately due to that large a volume there was some long waiting times. I apologize for the wait. It has always been my policy to get people in and out quickly but it could not be avoided today. My future plans is to buy a bigger building and triple the number of tables. I appreciate your trust in me and hope all are feeling better. Not one person complained or has anything but positivity and I really appreciate that. Thank you.

My office will no longer accept Zelle as payment. Unfortunately, too many people leave the office and say I will Zelle it to you and never do. I do not have time to remind people to send the payment or make collection calls. My visits are either $20 or $40, which is cheap enough, I do not wish to treat people for free. As of today, no more Zelle payments. Cash or check only.

At the Atlanta airport waiting for my flight. Had a very busy day in the office today. Saw 127 patients and it was pretty nonstop all day. Many people kept saying, your parking lot is a mess. No spots to park. Thank you for being great patients. I appreciate everyone.

When the office first opened this morning a lady in severe pain entered and wanted to make an appointment. She had 4 grandchildren with her (in the car) and had to find a babysitter. She came back 2 hours later and was in even more pain. I used hot packs on her then adjusted her. She got off the table and her pain was immediately diminished. She was able to stand straighter. She had tears in her eyes and asked if she could hug me. She had never been to a chiropractor before. She had been suffering for 3 weeks without relief even after ER and MD visits. Very rewarding to see chiropractic work again.
