We’re looking forward to sharing our collective space at Springbrook Commons!

Danielle and Jeremy have been wonderful to get to know! I am confident that not only their goods, but their amazing warmth will be a warm welcome to each of you, as well!!

With all the exciting changes coming, I thought it was time to introduce us to you all! I, Dani, and my husband Jeremy, the owners of Dani’s Joy Baking.

We have been married for over 23 years and have 3 children here with us, one in college and two still at home. I’ve been home with them since our oldest was born and have homeschooled them for the past 12 years. We keep busy with family and our church where we serve in multiple capacities.

I have always enjoyed baking and cooking and serving it to friends and family. A few years ago, I wanted to try creating some gluten and dairy free things for friends and family members that have different allergies. My first few attempts at bread were dismal failures, but after much trial and error, I made a cinnamon roll that worked. From there I moved back to bread until I developed a recipe that I loved and tasted like “real” bread. In July of 2025 we started selling at farmer’s markets and have expanded our menu and keep experimenting and growing. My goal has always been to have people taste what I make and not know it is gluten free.

We are so excited for this opportunity to open our dedicated gluten-free bakery so we can better serve the celiac population and all those searching for something that meets their dietary needs. But we don’t just stop there, we want it to be something you *want* to eat and share at your table! As you may hear Jeremy say, none of the gluten or dairy–all of the delicious!

We can’t wait to meet and serve you!

We are SO excited to open this space to Dani’s Joy Bakery!! With Nourish taking a mobile transition, Dani’s Joy is EXPANDING!!!

Side note: Jeremy and Danielle are AMAZING people- this entire process from meeting to planning to keys provided has been nothing short of… Well, “Joy” full!!!! 🧡💯🫶🏻
