I'm hiring at our adult family home here in Bloomer, and I'm not going to dress it up like every other job post. I'll just tell you the truth about it.
It's a real house. Big windows, quiet, the kind of view people comment on the first time they pull in. But that's not what keeps my staff around. It's the people who live with us. They're funny, they're creative, and on a rough day, they're usually the ones who turn it around. I mean it when I say they're the best part of the job.
The work is real work. Meals, medications, helping folks get dressed, and getting out into the world. Some of it isn't glamorous. But you'll know these people, and you'll matter to them, and they'll matter to you, whether you planned on it or not.
Here's what we pay and what we offer. No games.
$17.00-$17.75 an hour to start
401k
Dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability, all employer-paid
40 hours of paid vacation
20 hours of paid sick time
Meals while you're on shift
You don't need experience. If you're patient, you show up, and you treat people the way you'd want your own family treated, I can teach you the rest.

WE ARE HIRING!
Home Again Adult Family Home is look to fill full-time position at one of our New Auburn-Chetek locations. Located 2 miles out of chetek just off SS. The hours are every Sunday 8am until Monday 8am (24 hours) and every Wednesday 8am-8pm (12 hours). A total of 72 hours a pay period.
We are looking for a dependable, caring, and laid-back personality to care for these individuals. Job duties include cooking, cleaning when needed, assistance with daily cares, medication administration, activities outside of the home, and in home activities with the clients.
Benefits include meals, vacation, sick pay, short-term disability, 401k, dental and vision insurance, competitive wages, and a laid-back atmosphere. We are very flexible company to work for.

The hours are every other weekend block starting at 9am Saturday and ending at 9pm Sunday, every Wednesday 9am-9pm, every other friday 7pm-9am This is 74 hours bi-weekly.
We are looking for a dependable, caring, and laid-back personality to care for these individuals. Job duties include cooking, cleaning when needed, assistance with daily cares, medication administration, activities outside of the home, and in home activities with the clients.
