❓WHERE: Only 3 incisions were used; Middle of chest and lateral sides
❓WHY: Idiopathic (unknown/unreported) cause of dense breast tissue growth since puberty, also known as Gynecomastia.

❓WHERE: Periar**lar incision and submuscular placement of silicone breast implants
❓WHY: Patient has Pectus Excavatum which causes asymmetries in the breast bone and rib cage. Her left breast prior to augmentation was noticeable larger and a different shape than the right. (Also notice the higher breast crease, inframammary fold, on the right.) With the breast augmentation our goal was to provide as much symmetry and ideal proportion as possible. She is very happy with her results. 😊

❓WHERE: Periar**lar incision (around lower part of the ar**la) and submuscular implant placement (behind the muscle).
❓WHY: Periar**lar placement of the incision allows for smooth and almost an invisible incision compared to other techniques. And submuscular with silicone implants were preferred in this patient to allow for a more natural and perky look.
