ATTENTION ALL CLOCK-IN CAREGIVERS

🆕️ New Requirement Pre-Created Schedules:

✅️ Effective September 1st, all caregivers must have a schedule entered into the system before servicing clien

⏰️ Strict Deadline:
You must submit your September schedule by August 31. 2026

🚨 Automatic Scheduling:
If you miss the deadline, a schedule will be created for you without your input.

💰 Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) & Pay RulesEVV-Based Billing: The HHAeXchange system will automatically match your clock-ins against your pre-created schedule.

🚫 No Schedule, No Pay:
You will only be compensated for hours that are both scheduled and clocked in.

❌️Missed Visits:
If you miss a scheduled visit, you will not be paid for those hours.

Important Updates for Caregivers and Clients: Report changes to care services within 24 hours, including hospital admissions and discharges, with the first page of discharge paperwork due within the same timeframe. Unreported changes will result in reimbursement of payments. The Employee Handbook is now available on the Employee Resource Page of my website, where you'll also find a new Document Loader for submitting files. Please download, read, and sign the Acknowledgment of Digital Handbook Form when prompted by email. Utilize the Employee Resource Page for valuable tools and information.
