In honor of Patriots Day, the NCS Detroit Team delivered Operation Gratitude care packages to their local fire station. Office Coordinator Molly Fox brought along treats to share with the first responders in appreciation for all that they do.
This year, 366 volunteers in 44 states volunteered to deliver 503 Operation Gratitude Care Packages during their Volunteer Activation to fire stations, police departments, and EMS units in their respective communities.
Inside each box were handcrafted paracords and handwritten letters from grateful Americans. But what those first responders received was bigger than what they could hold in their hands: a reminder that their service is seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.
