Last week’s sound bath was a reminder that sometimes you don’t need to “do” anything to feel better.

You get to lie down, close your eyes, put your phone away, and let someone else hold the space for an hour.

No performing. No figuring anything out. No meditation experience required.

Just sound, stillness, and a chance for your nervous system to come down from everything it’s been carrying.

I love creating spaces where people can step out of their everyday noise for a little while and simply rest. 💜

7 YEARS 🫶🏽💜🌞✨

I would have never imagined that me practicing making wire wrapped crystals one day would turn into me sharing and holding space with community.

While so much has changed over the past seven years, including my business name, one thing never has: my intention.

To create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and remember they’re not alone.

To everyone who has purchased a crystal, joined an Instagram Live, attended a Reiki session, experienced a sound bath, visited my booth, or simply supported me from afar… thank you. Some of you have been here since the Universoul Crystals days, and that means more than you know.
