We had a busy morning at Cottage Grove Cardiology launching the new Hartford Healthcare Remote Care platform. This new technology is powered by Cadence, an innovation partner that brings care right into our patients’ homes. We will be able to monitor hypertension and heart failure parameters, acting on them real-time, to provide care when patients need it most. There is no better time to be in healthcare 🌟
