The next time everything feels urgent, try these three questions first.

Overwhelm has a way of making everything feel equally urgent.

These three questions won't fix everything,
but they can slow the spiral down long enough
to hear yourself think again. 🤍

Save this for the next time you need it.

If making decisions lately feels harder than it should, this is probably why...

When your nervous system is under stress, it shifts into survival mode.

Getting through the next task takes priority.

Priority over thinking clearly,
Priority over trusting yourself,
Priority over figuring out what actually matters.

When every single small decision feels exhausting,
the big ones feel paralyzing.

And it's not your fault, it's biology.
Your brain is doing *exactly* what it was built to do under pressure.

The goal isn't to push through it.
It's to give your nervous system enough safety to think for yourself again.

Take a minute from scrolling to pause with this one 🤍

Not everything that feels urgent actually is.

But when your mind is running at full speed,
everything starts to feel equally important.

This month we're creating a little more space to hear the difference.

What comes up for you when you sit with this question?

It is everything, everywhere, at the same time.

And it's exhausting.

Your inbox.
Your responsibilities.
The thing you said you'd figure out by now.

When your nervous system is overwhelmed,
everything starts to feel equally urgent.

And underneath all of it,
your own voice gets the quietest...

That's not a personal failing.
That's what survival mode does.

Clarity usually isn't something you push your way into.
It's something that starts to come back
when things get a little quieter inside.

12 women. One room. 90 minutes. This is what we showed up for. 🤍

Watching women finally connect the tension in their bodies to everything they've been carrying was something we won't forget anytime soon.

Thank you to everyone who came, shared, and let themselves be held for a little while.

More of this to come.

Last month, during our Juneteenth celebration, we asked our community one simple question:

**What does it mean to honor your story?**

The answers have stayed with us.

Because honoring your story isn't something we do on one day. It's an ongoing practice of recognizing where you've been, understanding what has shaped you, and choosing how you want to move forward.

Your experiences matter. Your resilience matters. And your story deserves to be honored—not just during moments of reflection, but every day.

As you watch these responses, we invite you to consider your own answer:

**What does it mean to honor your story?**

Every person carries a story that has shaped them.

At our Juneteenth celebration, we invited members of our community to reflect on one question:

What does it mean to honor your story?

The answers remind us that honoring your story isn't about staying stuck in the past. It's about recognizing your experiences, celebrating your resilience, and allowing your story to become part of your healing.

What's your answer?

There's something about being in a room full of people who chose this work on purpose...

We had a vendor table at Hopemark Health's first Mental Health and Wellness Summit last month and it was exactly the kind of community we want to keep showing up for. 🫶

Practitioners, healers, advocates, all in one space talking about what it actually takes to support people well.

Grateful to be part of it.

A lot of kids struggle quietly with confidence.

Not always visible.
Not always talked about.

It can show up as:
hesitation
self-doubt
giving up quickly

Confidence doesn’t come from pushing harder.

It grows when kids feel:
safe to try
allowed to make mistakes
supported, not judged

Small moments matter.
How you respond becomes how they see themselves.

You can be high-functioning and still be struggling.

You meet deadlines.
You take care of everyone.
You keep things moving.

And still…

You feel exhausted
even when nothing looks “wrong”

High-functioning doesn’t mean unaffected.
It often means you’ve learned how to push through.

Therapy isn’t about taking that strength away.
It’s about giving you space to not rely on it all the time.

Because you deserve support
before burnout, not after.
