Happy Long-Term Care Administrators Week to Brad Fierce! 🎉

West Suburban would like to take a moment to recognize Brad, our fantastic Administrator! Brad leads with a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and operational integrity.

With extensive experience in skilled nursing and post-acute care leadership, Brad is known for driving operational performance while fostering a culture built on compassion, accountability, and service. His leadership style blends strategic oversight with a deep respect for the residents, families, and healthcare professionals who make quality care possible each day.

Brad has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening clinical operations, and developing strong partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and community stakeholders. Under his leadership, the focus remains not only on regulatory excellence but also on ensuring dignity, respect, and individualized care for every resident.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys staying active through fitness, spending meaningful time with his wife and family, and pursuing his passion for music. A talented bass player and songwriter, he brings the same creativity and dedication from music into his leadership and daily life.

If you’re feeling under the weather, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting until you’re feeling better. Even mild symptoms can put our residents at risk.

This includes:
🤒 Fever or feeling hot
😷 Cough or sore throat
🤧 Runny or blocked nose
🤕 General feeling of being unwell

Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe, healthy, and cared for during this season.

Recently, we had an incredible time at the Adler Planetarium! We saw part of the capsule that Neil Armstrong took to the moon, and had fun playing the part of the astronaut landing the shuttle. It was a beautiful day downtown, and it was lovely to relax outside and enjoy the weather with friends. 🚀👨‍🚀🌝

🎉 West Suburban knows how to party! 🎉

We always have a ton of fun celebrating our
residents’ birthdays! Each month we throw a birthday bash! For September we had entertainment by the incredible Ryan Cooper who was joined by his dad! Residents enjoyed listening to music with their peers, and wishing their friends a very happy birthday!

Things are looking good around West Suburban! Throughout October we have been having a blast in creative expressions! Our residents enjoyed making some fall themed décor for their rooms. One used fresh acorns, and another even made an extra sign for her door!
