How often do you try and make sense of your intuition until you end up talking yourself out of following it? 😌

So many people stop themselves from living a soul led life because they are waiting to know the outcome before taking the first step.

Our intuition doesn’t work like that…we can’t always know the destination before we take the first step.

Our soul is always calling us - every moment of every day. Start by listening to your soul’s whispers each and every day. Take grounded action in the direction of those whispers. Put one foot in front of the other and begin to build a trusting relationship with your intuition - one step at a time ✨

Remember you don’t have to have it all figured out or know exactly where the path is leading you before you take the step.

Beyond my mind, I AM consciousness in human form 🙌🏻

Have you been caught in thought patterns that limit you to this time and space, to your body and the five senses?

Consciousness can’t be observed, it is the observer. It is eternal, a constant presence that doesn’t change with time and space.

Remind yourself that you are not the voice in your head; you are the quiet awareness listening to it.

Here’s a short 3 second practice to start connecting with your consciousness.

Periodically pause what you are doing—whether you’re sitting at your desk, walking, or reading a book—and drop all mental agendas for just three seconds. Simply be in that exact space. No need to judge what’s happening or even name it. Just observe 🤲

Here’s an affirmation to help shift your perspective.
