We are proud to share that Sunshine ABA Therapy is teaming up with the LEMuR Lab at Indiana University! This collaborative effort is all about elevating the care we provide to our wonderful families. Through this alliance, our clinicians will gain access to research and knowledge. This research, paired with our clinicians' own science and craft, will help guide clinical decisions that champion the independence and quality of life of our learners. In turn, Sunshine ABA Therapy will serve as a research site for the LEMuR Lab as they study neurodivergent language acquisition.

We are incredibly excited about this partnership and the meaningful impact it will have on the learners we serve daily.

Sunshine ABA Therapy values and encourages academic growth within our culture. There is a constant presence of professional growth and professional learning sculpted into our daily infrastructure. Beyond that, we want our colleagues to always gravitate towards learning more about themselves and the world around them.

Today, we are so honored to celebrate the academic achievements of Grace, Tanya and Alexa. Animal-based therapy offers supportive environments that fosters trust and emotional safety, making it easier for autistic individuals to develop social skills and improve emotional health. Those forms of engagement encourages behaviors such as sharing, cooperation, and expressing feelings, which often translates into better social interactions with people.

Sunshine believes in holistic-based therapy practices. Using structured tools and other forms of stimuli allows us to magnify unique and often progressive intervention practices that allows us to look beyond the norm of teaching. We reach to the stars daily to bring the best research and philosophies to our intervention practices. ☀️♾️💛
