Illinois CPR Pros, LLC offers ACLS, BLS, OSHA, HIPAA, Heartsaver, and First Aid classes.

We partnered with SoLo Dental this past week at The Chateau in Bloomington, Illinois to cover and review OSHA/HIPAA, CPR, Safety, and Blood Borne Pathogens.

Safety and Education are critical to review and perform as a team to increase patient safety and team performance.

We assisted Agri-Fab this past week with Employee Training and Certification in Safety, EMR Response, First Aid, CPR/AED usage, and OSHA review.

This is a great group of people and they are ready for a safe year going into the fall season!

In Education, we often use one familiar corrective action: "Staff education.”

it appears in incident reports, OSHA Paperwork, and meeting minutes. Education provided by Illinois CPR Pros can help close the gap!

With Agri-Fab we assisted with OSHA, Safety, First Aid, CPR, and EAP training. Clayton Hastings, EHS Specialist, facilitated training with us in Sullivan, Illinois this past week.

Education is important. But education alone cannot fix every system. Sometimes staff already know what to do. The real issue is whether the corporation enables the employees to be trained to solve the problem.

I suggest practical steps for leaders to move from “education performed” to “practice performed” by asking better questions, identifying the real cause, support staff, and measuring actual behavior.

Agri-Fab enables their staff and Health Safety Personnel. With real training, real differences can be made.
