🎒 Heading into a new school year? The Heart to Heart Conference is also a great place to learn, ask questions, and connect with other families. We even have a couple of sessions focused on education, including a step-by-step walk through of an IEP and a session focused on resouces for families who may have to participate in a manifestation determination case conference.

We are proud to support the 36th Anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Today, we celebrate this important civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in all areas of public life, including jobs, schools, transportation, and all public and private places that are open to the general public. The purpose of the law is to make sure that people with disabilities have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.
