We sit together each and every Sunday in silent meditation from 6:00-7:00 and discuss short readings from 7:00-7:30. Here’s your Shelter-in-Place challenge. You’ve always wished you had more time to meditate longer each day. Here’s your opportunity to up your game.

If you’re used to meditating 20 minutes, going to 30 can feel like an eternity. But try it for a few days, your mind will adapt and you’ll find it much easier to continue that length in the future. Work your way up to 45 and you’ll be ready for that retreat that’s been floating around in the back of your mind. It might be a while before we can do that but at least you’ll be ready!
