Tomorrow, Switchyard Park will be filled with purple, Promise Garden flowers, incredible teams, and a community united by one mission: a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.

Whether you're walking for someone you love, honoring someone you've lost, supporting someone living with dementia, or standing alongside the millions of families impacted by this disease, there's a place for you at Walk. 💜

Today we had the pleasure of providing lunch for the providers and team at Monroe Medical Group! ❤️

We always enjoy the opportunity to connect, share a meal, and talk about the many services we offer to support their patients and families.

Strong community partnerships are at the heart of providing the best possible care. When healthcare providers and community organizations share resources, knowledge, and support, we can better meet each individual’s needs and help families navigate their care journey.

We’re grateful for partnerships like this one and for the opportunity to work together to make our community healthier and stronger! 💙

We are so grateful to everyone who donated food to our donation barrel and helped us fill it up in support of the Area 10 Agency on Aging Food Bank!

Right now, the need is greater than ever, and the shelves are running low. Every donation makes a difference for local seniors who may be struggling to put food on the table — especially our homebound seniors.

If you would like to help, we are still collecting donations at our office:

Our donation barrel is located in the front lobby, and we would love to see it filled again! 🥫
