Our very own Dustin shined bright in the Special Olympics basketball tournament, and we were thrilled to throw him a social in his honor! 🎉

Friends, family, and neighbors gathered together to cheer him on, hear his inspiring stories, and shower him with congratulations.

Dustin's hard work, determination, and team spirit lit up the room — and we’re all so grateful to celebrate alongside him.

🧠 On July 30 from 4–5 PM, we’ll welcome the Alzheimer’s Association for an important presentation on understanding Alzheimer’s and dementia.

This session is a chance for our community to come together, learn, and support one another. Topics include the impact of Alzheimer’s, differences between Alzheimer’s and dementia, stages and risk factors, current research and treatments, and resources available for families and caregivers.

🎉 What an incredible day celebrating our 14th Anniversary! 🎉
