Mindful Families is excited to annouce CBT for Menopause!
Reclaim your calm. Restore your confidence. Feel like yourself again.
Menopause is a profound transition — not just hormonal, but emotional, cognitive, and social. If you’re experiencing mood swings, anxiety, disrupted sleep, irritability, or a sense that your
inner balance has shifted, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to navigate menopause without support.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based, form of psychotherapy that helps people recognize and change unhelpful thoughts and behaviors to promote a better
sense of self and well-being.
CBT for Menopause can help women:
Manage hot flashes, night sweats and other physical symptoms;
Improve sleep and daily energy;
Reduce anxiety, irritability and mood changes;
Reconnect with your identity, increase confidence, and re-gain a sense of control.
Therapy offers a space to breathe, reflect, and move forward. Whether you’re in perimenopause or post-menopause, CBT can help you move through this transition with clarity and strength and with tools that you can start using immediately.
CBT for Menopause is brief (3-5 sessions), semi-structured and tailored to individual needs. We can bill most insurance plans or accept private pay.
