Rest or keep moving? 🤔 It depends!

⚡ Sharp pain → Give it a break and avoid movements that aggravate it
🙆‍♀️ Tight or stiff → Gentle movement is usually your friend
🤰 Pregnant → Keep moving as tolerated (and modify when needed!)
🤒 Sick → Your body may be asking for REST

Not every ache, pain, or situation needs the same advice. Sometimes movement is exactly what your body needs—and sometimes taking it easy is the better choice.

When in doubt, listen to your body and get evaluated if something doesn’t feel right!
