Prenatal chiropractic isn’t just “regular chiropractic while pregnant.”

Your body changes dramatically during pregnancy, and your chiropractic care should change too.

Did you know we:
✨ Screen for hypermobile joints caused by the relaxin hormone?
✨ Modify every adjustment based on your stage of pregnancy?
✨ Use special pregnancy pillows so many moms can comfortably lie on their stomach?
✨ Work alongside local OBs, midwives, pelvic floor PTs, doulas, and prenatal massage therapists?

One of the biggest myths we hear is that pregnancy pain is just something you have to live with.

The truth? Pain is common, but it isn’t normal. Our goal is to help you stay active, sleep better, prepare for labor, and actually enjoy your pregnancy.

In our newest blog, we answer:
✔️ Is chiropractic safe during pregnancy?
✔️ What’s different about prenatal adjustments?
✔️ When should you start care?
✔️ What happens during your first visit?
✔️ And much more!

📖 Read the full blog and learn why prenatal chiropractic is so much more than just treating back pain. Link in the comments!

💆‍♀️ What are the benefits of cupping?

Cupping therapy has been used for centuries to help reduce muscle tension and improve movement. By creating gentle suction on the skin, cupping helps increase blood flow to the area, decrease muscle tightness, and promote your body’s natural healing process.

Cupping may help with:
✔️ Tight, sore muscles
✔️ Neck and back pain
✔️ Shoulder pain
✔️ Headaches caused by muscle tension
✔️ Improved mobility and flexibility
✔️ Faster recovery after workouts

One of the most common questions we get is about the circular marks left behind. They’re completely normal! They’re not bruises from trauma—they’re simply a sign of increased blood flow to the treated area and usually fade within a few days.

At our office, cupping is often combined with chiropractic adjustments and rehab exercises to help you move better, recover faster, and get back to doing what you love.

Have questions about whether cupping is right for you? We’d be happy to help!

Could your headache actually be coming from your neck? 🤔
Not all headaches start in your head. Cervicogenic headaches are headaches that originate from the joints, muscles, or nerves in your neck. They often cause pain that starts at the base of the skull and can radiate to the forehead, temples, or behind the eye. Many people also notice neck stiffness, decreased range of motion, or pain that worsens with certain neck movements.
The good news? Cervicogenic headaches often respond very well to conservative treatment.
Here are 5 effective treatments we commonly use:
✅ Spinal Manipulation/Adjustments – Helps restore normal joint motion, reduce irritation, and improve how your neck moves.
✅ Self-Mobilization (SNAGs) – Specific stretches and mobilizations you can perform at home to improve mobility and reduce headache symptoms.
✅ Manual Therapy – Soft tissue work and joint mobilization help decrease muscle tension and improve movement.
✅ Rehab Exercises – Strengthening the deep neck muscles and improving posture helps address the root cause and prevent headaches from returning.
✅ Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Modifications – Small changes to your workstation, sleeping position, phone use, and daily habits can make a big difference in reducing strain on your neck.
If you’ve been dealing with recurring headaches, don’t assume they’re “just migraines” or something you have to live with. A thorough evaluation can help determine whether your neck is the true source of your pain.
