Everything in life feels urgently important, until the day you get sick. That is the moment you realize that your health was the only real wealth you ever had.

We spend so much of our lives chasing deadlines, stressing over opinions, losing sleep over problems that will not even matter in five years. We push our bodies past their limits, skip rest, ignore the warning signs, and tell ourselves we will slow down later. But later has a way of arriving uninvited, and when it does, none of the things that felt so urgent suddenly matter anymore. Not the money, not the drama, not the opinions of others.

When your body breaks down, the only prayer on your lips is to feel normal again. Not rich, not successful, not admired, just healthy. Just able to wake up without pain, breathe without struggle, and move without fear. If you are healthy today, do not take a single moment of it for granted. Rest when you need to, nourish your body, and release the stress that is quietly costing you more than you know. Your health is not everything, it is the only thing.

I found a new way to protect my Brain.

I do a lot to protect the Command Center and Communication Center for the whole body.

I was amazed at the immediate increase in sleep quality by wearing a light weight beanie at night!

We don't have WiFi on, we live in a standalone home. The neighbors' WiFi signal was weak to moderate in 2 bedrooms. I hadn't realized how much it was affecting us all.
