Francis Black has been West Wing housekeeper for the last 27 years. She takes great pride in making sure rooms are clean and they are always ready for the next occupant. She frequently ask’”Does every everything ok? “ “Do you need me to do anything?” She is admired by her peers and the residents she treats like family. Francis we thank you for all the years of dedication to BHRC!
