Back to School Looks a Little Different Around Here! 📚

We’ve been loving seeing everyone’s back-to-school photos, so we had to get in on the fun! And while back to school may look a little different for us, we’re excited to celebrate two of our own who are continuing their education in the dental world.

🦷 Kylie, one of our dental assistants, is heading to EFDA school to continue growing her skills and take the next step in her dental career!

🪥 Olivia, our Treatment Coordinator, is taking classes to prepare for Hygiene School and her next chapter in dentistry!

We’re so proud of both of them for investing in themselves, continuing to learn, and growing their skills. We can’t wait to see where all of their hard work takes them!

Meet the Staff Monday: Kate, Billing & Insurance Coordinator

Today we’re introducing Kate, one of the people behind the scenes helping make your dental experience as smooth as possible!

Kate joined Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash in 2025 and is excited to begin her career in dentistry. She was drawn to the profession because of the opportunity to help people feel cared for while making a meaningful difference in their health and confidence.

As our Billing & Insurance Coordinator, Kate helps patients better understand the financial side of their care and works hard to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Outside of the office, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordan, and their daughters, Sloane and Margo. Their family loves traveling, exploring new restaurants, spending time at the lake, and cheering on Ohio State and Xavier.

We’re excited to watch Kate continue to grow with our team!

And that’s a wrap on our first Smile for a Cause campaign! 🐾

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our dental family, we raised $1,100 for the League for Animal Welfare!

A special thank you to Dr. Schlueter, who donated $5 for every new patient appointment booked throughout the campaign. And to all of our amazing patients (both new and longtime) who scheduled appointments, made in-office donations, and helped spread the word: thank you! You made this possible!

We also want to give a huge thank you to Devon, Simone, and all of the staff and volunteers at the League for Animal Welfare for the incredible work they do every day to care for animals in need. We loved having the opportunity to support your mission and spend some time volunteering with you!

Meet the Staff Monday: Olivia, Treatment Coordinator

Say hello to Olivia, one of the friendly faces helping guide our patients through their dental journey!

Olivia joined Advanced Dentistry of Blue Ash in 2025 and began her career in dentistry in 2018 after discovering her passion for the field through a dental assisting program in high school. She quickly realized she loved helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, and she continues to grow her knowledge of dentistry every day.

Originally from the Dayton area, Olivia enjoys playing PC games, spending time with her cat Owen, and expanding her dental knowledge. She hopes to become a dental hygienist in the future and is passionate about helping every patient have a positive experience.

We’re so happy to have Olivia as part of our ADBA family!
