π€ Strong partnerships help us learn, grow, and better support the communities we serve.
Recently, our Georgia IDD and Complex Health teams gathered with Georgia leadership and representatives from DBHDD Region 4 for a collaborative planning meeting in Albany focused on learning, partnership, and shared goals.
A special thank you to Javelyn Turner, Executive Director; Connie T. Hayes, Team Lead; and LaTrailya Lewis, Team Lead for their outstanding presentations and leadership throughout the meeting. Their knowledge, experience, and commitment to the individuals and families we serve helped foster meaningful discussion, encourage engagement, and create a valuable learning opportunity for attendees.
We also extend our appreciation to our partners at DBHDD for joining us and providing valuable program updates and information. Opportunities to come together, share perspectives, ask questions, and exchange feedback strengthen our collective efforts and support continued growth across our teams.
Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed to the success of the day. We value these collaborative opportunities and look forward to continuing the conversation at our next combined in-person IDD and Complex Health meeting later this year.
