Join our growing rehabilitation team! United Hospital District is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to primarily serve patients in Fairmont.

What we offer:
• $7,500 sign-on bonus for qualifying applicants
• Full benefits-eligible position
• Approximately 40 hours/week
• Bonus paid at 6, 12, and 24 months

UHD is currently remodeling the Wells Clinic to improve care, access, and the overall patient experience for our Wells community.

This project includes expanded exam room space, improved Physical and Occupational Therapy areas, updated provider workspaces, and exterior facility improvements—all designed to better serve you.

Temporary PT Location Update:
During construction, Physical Therapy services have temporarily moved to the Lamperts building in Wells.

Please note: The Wells Clinic remains open and fully operational during this time.

As Mental Health Awareness Month comes to a close, we would like to recognize another one of the compassionate mental health providers serving our communities at United Hospital District — Dr. Joseph Switras, PhD, Board Certified Licensed Psychologist, located in Fairmont at the SMEC building.

Dr. Switras provides psychotherapeutic and psychodiagnostics services for children, adolescents, and adults, helping patients navigate a variety of challenges, including relational and marital concerns. He also has a special interest in subtle neuropsychological conditions and the neuropsychological impact of head injuries.

Through his care, knowledge, and dedication, Dr. Switras helps support the emotional well-being of patients and families throughout our region.
