It is a day to reflect on the importance of liberty for all people and to remember that freedom and peace go hand in hand. “Being exhausted all the time” has become so normalized that many people assume it’s just part of adulthood.
But constant fatigue is often your body trying to tell you something.
Things that can contribute to ongoing fatigue include:
